Chardonnay: Medium straw with deep vibrant green hues with a ripe fresh tropical fruit aroma with subtle hints of oak. Delicate aromatic and harmonious offering ripe peach and melon flavours, a richly textured creaminess and a fresh acid finish.

Semillon Chardonnay: Pale yellow with vibrant green hues and fresh peach and melon aromas. Fresh citrus flavours with slight herbal notes and a clean crisp acid finish.

Shiraz: Medium brick red colour, spicy plum fruits with peppery notes. A perfect balanced and spicy sweet fruit symphony matched with soft, supple silky tannins.

Cabernet Merlot: Medium brick red colour with a minty spice and dark chocolate with subtle plums. Medium bodies with delicate plum berry fruit flavours and a well rounded structure.

Cabernet Sauvignon: Medium bodies palate with lovely berry fruit and wood flavours backed with excellent tannin structure. A ideal accompaniment to red meat dishes.
